Good for price
The first time I tried it, it worked for me instantly. I got tingles and powered through my cardio and hit a PR easily. The second day I didn’t sleep as much, so the effect wasn’t as strong but it still helped my endurance. It dissolves easily in water (I do stir it). I don’t like the taste of any pre workouts, but this one is tolerable (not in a special way).

Helps Sustain Workout Quality, but Doesn't Get You Amped
Pro: Tastes great and has a modest ingredient list with minimal BS. Con: I do not feel more awake or alert from taking this product. And definitely no tingles or jitters whatsoever. I do experience sustained energy during workouts and feel fresher between sets. As I've gotten older, I start to lose some energy at the 90min mark of a workout, which is the main reason I bought this product. I do believe it has helped me keep my rep/recovery quality past that threshold. Wouldn't recommend as a wakeup or hype supplement, but it'll keep you going steady. Context: I do not drink caffeine at all or take preworkout regularly, so there's no built tolerance affecting my results. I have lifted 5-6days/week for the past 12 years.
