Initially when I got it I was pissed because they were SUPER stiff to alternate from loosening stuff then to swap to tightening it BUT once I used it like 3 times they got super loose and I can flick it back and forth I’m a commercial oil burner mechanic and have used these to remove and replace condensate motors 51 feeders pump controls and all kinds of other bolts I have used and abused it soaked it in oil for furnaces (it’s just dyed red untaxed diesel) rust buster wd 40 all kinds of other lubricants and anti seizes and it still works perfectly fine I will say I did break a piece off of mine BUT it was my fault I kept smacking it against something metal essentially using it as a hammer and I broke the little tab that rotates the direction but on the other side it still works perfectly fine

A little bigger than I expected but great because I have Big hands which makes them easier to grip no thicker than other 4 in 1's which is good and seem very durable and easy to use the black is a nice finish

I had a set of these for 10 years and one of the ends fell apart. Not sure where to go for replacement anymore. So I bought these. They seem better made. We'll see.

Very large and heavy wrench. Probably a beast, not tested to failure............yet. If space clearance is no issue = super useful. When buying SPLINE wrenches/sockets, don't get the ones that claim "duel" standard of SAE/Metric, that almost always lets you down. For example, if you should need a SPLINE 1/2 inch wrench. Get a spline wrench that says 1/2 inch, not 1/2 AND 13mm! If you have to have a wrench that does both, try a wrench that is both 6 and 12 point(description below), I have seen those do it, with out damage. (in certain sizes.) Only issue is they have a lot of thickness at the heads so they don't fit everywhere.

This is a well built handy 4-in-1 double box ratcheting wrench set that fits 6 fastener types. It can be a compact replacement for 8 standard wrench sizes. The 2 wrench set can be found in either SAE or Metric. The black oxide finish both looks good and provides durability.

I needed a 4 in 1 wrench for work so that I don’t have to carry as much in my tool belt. I chose this one based in the good reviews and the great price. They work awesome, nice and easy to use and very durable. Also, I love the black color of them, they look so nice. So far I’ve had them for over a months and they work great, seem like they are very durable and will last me a long time. I would highly recommend buying these if you are looking for a set of 4 in 1 wrenches.

I returned the first set because the ratchet was messed up on one end. You could not change the direction without the selector disengaging and locking it up. I had not used them. The second set the entire ratchet assembly fell out before I used it. I was just looking at it in my truck. Stay away. I have tried to find contact info for Crescent but their contact pages lead to dead ends. I finally found a working webpage with Crescent contact info - apextools not apexhandtools. I left a message for the Crescent rep and have not heard back. Luckily Amazon has no problem taking them back. I have used gearwrench quad wrenches for years. They will eventually give up the ghost, but at they work out of the box. Update. July 11, 2013 I was contacted about 3 weeks ago from someone at Apex tool who told me they had not had any issues like this before. I must have just received some from a bad batch. They would send me some new ones. Today I received 2 new sets of the wrenches. Both had the larger one opened, I am assuming to check them out. I will let you know how they work out. Update July 29, 2013 I have used the wrenches a couple of times. First they are very heavy compared to the gear wrench. Also the area around the actual wrench is fairly large and makes it difficult to get into a tight space. I used a gear wrench quad at the same time. Much lighter and was able to fit on a bolt in a much tighter space. They don't need to be this heavy or bulky. Also the markings for the size are hard to see and it appears that the markings won't last very long. I have had black sockets that were similar and I cannot read any of the sizes on them. I think these may be ok for light use but not for everyday use. Update August 27, 2013 The wrenches have held up well so far. I changed my rating from a one star to a 3 star. But my opinion in the above paragraph is still true. Update 12/20/2013 Changed my rating to one star to compensate for the obvious 5 star plant. These have not failed yet but are very bulky.

Must have bought these one night after getting home from the pub ! No idea why I’d need sae but I love the look of them and I have other tools by same company which are great.

Put these to use on building a couple tables and chairs and they work great, so much easier the none ratchet styles

Incríveis, funcionam muito bem e são super práticas para usar, sendo 8 chaves em 2. Material bem robusto com ótimo acabamento.
