My first diffuser and it does not disappoint. We use filtered water from out tap and it runs fine without any issues. Been running it off and on for the last few days as needed we bought the mainstays lavender oil at Walmart for 4 dollars because it is Pet Safe and we have a Dog and Cat in our household. The mist is very good and looks allot like a small fire which gives a nice ambience at night. The remote is very functional and works fine. We looked at the various models that change colors and the fire color was the best for our needs. The outer removable shell is very nice and decorative and doesn't look cheap like some of the others so the wood looking was the best. Sits on top of our piano and we get compliments on it. Was packaged securely and delivered on time.

I've only had this for a few days, but so far I love it! Looks so pretty, and works better than some of the high-priced diffusers I've tried! Really spreads scent beautifully. I really hope it keeps working! For the price of a pizza, you have a tiny fireplace that makes your house smell so good. I didn't buy the essential oils that you can buy as a bundle because I already had my favorites.

The media could not be loaded.  I replaced the 1st purchase thinking it might be a one off. It only worked for a couple weeks. I thought maybe a defect. But the one I got to replaced had stopped working a week later. It'll barely put out mist. Now turns completely off after 2 minutes, no light will stay on at all. ( YES I KNOW HOW TO USE THE REMOTE, I KNOW THE SETTINGS? The light won't work, the strength of mist doesn't work. It's now work even plugging in at this point. Can't return it because It's a gift from someone else but I bought 1 for my daughter and my best friend already had to replaced one of those too. Very disappointed as it worked great for a couple of weeks. I'm not filling if over the limit, using only the oils they gave me and wasting my time and money.

The media could not be loaded.  After the initial heavy chemical smell, the device works well and is an attractive addition to my bedroom. I like the light settings.

I love this it looks pretty and quiet and works great perfect size and I love the wood and fire look ! No leakage just don’t over fill !

The media could not be loaded.  I love my little diffuser. It makes a great night light. I love the Laverner scent. The remote is great for adjusting the light and size of the flame. I placed it on my night table and fall asleep with the warm glow and scented oils. Great buy for the money.

This diffuser works amazing! A few drops of your favorite oil and your house is smelling amazing!

Update: company went above and beyond and although the product was outside the return window, they reached out to me and replaced it right away. Great customer service!Bought this in December as a Christmas gift. The fan stopped working in February, so it no longer blows the diffused oils out. I would've given it a "5" if it had worked purposely, but alas...

When I saw this one and wanted it, I'm happy I did. Not only does it look good, it also works great. It's quiet and looks pretty when it's working. I don't have to worry about leaving it on when it's dry, it shuts itself off. Very safe.

The media could not be loaded.  Love it. Bought 2 different diffusers from Amazon both are great. The other one has 500 ml holding this one 200. Worried I would have to fill much more but really it works for quite a long time. At night really provides a nice ambiance. Looks like fire. Remote works well. Highly recommend. Hope it lasts longevity is only thing I can't comment on only used 2 days.
