Delayed charging, but works well
At first i charged it for 1 hour still it dint get warm atleast again tried after a while 1/2 hr charged it, still dint work.Later i kept it for return and next day tried charging for 1/2 hr in evening, luckily it got warm and heated.Its really working well.Delayed in charge but good pain relief .Good product.👏

It's defective and want to return it
The media could not be loaded. It's not getting hot and first time I am getting defective items from u. Some other things are on returning mode 😬

Good material. Takes more time for heating though.
The material looked good and very comfy. I think the liquid inside is like water instead of gel and it's quantity seems little less. I experienced that the hearing time of this pad is considerably more than the regular electric hearing gel pad.

The wire shorted after a month's use
Used it for 8 days maximum during cramps in a month and a half approximately and the wire shorted two times.The first time it was working after that also but the second time it shorted again and this time it doesn't work
