I contacted Amazon customer service and they took care of it. They do have a website listed on the bottle, I would contact them from there.

Has anyone tried Ryze mushroom coffee, if so, how does this compare please?

Ryze is my absolute favorite. Pella also has a really great flavor. The difference though and why I do not drink Pella anymore is because after drinking it, I had to crawl back in bed. It was like I had taken a sleeping pill. Plus, Pella has chaga mushrooms in it. If you have any kind of kidney issues, you should not consume chaga mushrooms.

Glass jar of plastic?

I see nothing stating that it is Kosher. It is dairy free, gluten free, vegan, non GMO, organic, 40mg caffeine from organic Arabica coffee and organic mushrooms.
