From the first time I put the Lab heart rate strap on it was more comfortable than my chest strap.It was easy to connect to my Garmin 1030 and IPhone .

Oh dear, more Powr Labs woes...
For completeness this is my second Powr Labs heart rate monitor. The first was a chest monitor that stopped working after a few days. I sent it back and bought a different make. I then received an apology and a discount for a arm heart rate monitor. I duly accepted because they are simply more convenient. So here we are. My new armband arrived today but unfortunately doesn't connect with my Elite HRV app. To be fair, it looks like it should, after charging, pairing/wearing the LED changes from purple to blue flashing to indicate connected, however, the app doesn't display any data. I have tried everything: ensuring no other Bluetooth is connected, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, turning off the phone for several minutes, deleting app cache - in total I've spent a half a day fooling around with this. I've had enough now! In fact my HRV has taken a definite hit this evening 🫣 Perhaps there's nothing wrong with the monitor, however, the app does work with my old chest band. The wristband says explicitly it's compatible with Elite HRV. Quite depressing really.
