Great product , taste great
Compared to other brands, this one has less feelers, it taste great and helps to keep me full for longer compared to my smoothies without it. It’s a better value for your money as it only takes 2 tables spoons per serving, contains more benefits than other brands in comparison. I love the added cocoa seeds in it, it gives a slight chocolate taste when you chew them. Highly recommended

Must Grind the Mix!!
I assumed the Smoothie Blend would be completely ready to use. No, the Smoothie Blend needs to be ground up before use and then kept in the refrigerator. I used my Ninja blender to grind it. It ground it until it just clumped into the bottom of the blender. Unfortunately, on closer inspection, the flax seeds were still untouched. I couldn't get them to break up. I went ahead and dumped the Smoothie mix into a container for the refrigerator and measured out a TBSP for my smoothie. I thought it would lend a little yummy flavor to my smoothie. I really couldn't taste much difference than if I hadn't put the mix in. Also, it was a little like eating tiny rocks in my smoothie. I'm not sure I've gotten all the flax seeds out of my teeth yet. I may try running the smoothie mix through my food processor to see if that decimates the flax seeds. Otherwise, eating the flax seeds whole is really only going to do a colon cleanse and I'm going to miss out on the nutritional benefits.

Eh, it's alright. Wasn't expecting to have to grind it myself.
When I ordered this, I must have missed the part of having to need to grind it myself. That's on me I suppose, however, I did go and look at the product page again once I received it and it's not super readily apparent that you need to do so. All in all though, once you put in the effort to make one of these smoothies, it's not bad. I wouldn't say it's worth the effort of going through the whole process to make one though. You'd be better off making a smoothie from scratch, and it'd taste better too.

Super Nutrient-Dense Smoothie Blend!
I really liked the nutrition profile of this smoothie blend. Flaxseeds, Chia, Hemp & Cacao! A fantastic source of protein, omega fatty acids, fiber and much more! Plant Based, Gluten Free, Organic etc etc Whats not to love!I was excited to add it to my smoothies and also to try it in muffins...The product came well packaged as a whole seed mix. That is a nice feature if you like some 'bones' (ie texture) in your smoothie, pancakes or muffins!I tried it in place of my usual walnuts as an oatmeal topper - pretty awesome!!Personally I didn't love the large cacao nibs as much, so I just put a half cup in the food pressor and pulsed it for 20 seconds... Perfect!!The food processor also released some of the oils in the seeds, which made a lovely thick smoothie!I would definitely recommend keeping any blended mix in the fridge so that the oils stay fresh.I've been doing it in smallish batches (enough for 1-2 weeks) - to keep everything as fresh as possible. After doing this, I actually read the instructions on the package, which say to pre-grind a batch and keep it in the fridge!! And there was me, thinking how clever I was!! 🤪Definitely a great superseed/food blend to add to the mix!!

Great in smoothie, oatmeal and baked goods!
This is good tasting, healthy eating, organic, and can be used in more ways than just smoothies. That said, it was very good in a morning smoothie, but I also put a generous amount of this mix in my oatmeal, and it was very tasty. That worked so well, I put a tablespoon into the breadmaker while making bread--and yes! That worked well too.I am thinking that adding a tablespoon to cookie dough while baking and to carrot cake mix next will be delicious too. Oh, I see someone else suggested mixing it with yogurt for breakfast, so there's another way to use it.The health benefits of all the ingredients are well known and combining them only increases the benefits. The Cacao nibs did not blend well in the smoothie, retaining their shape and size, but that only added a nice, tasty crunch. No threat to my teeth, just a nice crunch with the taste of dark chocolate. The nibs did soften in the bread and oatmeal. All of this taste, health, and versatility came in a resealable bag. I am keeping mine in the fridge though at the rate I am consuming the mix, I doubt it would get stale.

You have to grind this yourself
I missed that I was going to have to grind this myself. I was expecting a powder I could just stir/mix in. Overall, I like the flavor, gives a little nutty flavor to what you add it to. I'm still working on the texture, but that's because I don't have a fancy blender that will pulverize anything into a smoothie. My regular blender worked pretty well as long as I worked in smaller batches. I want to try adding to other things next like pancakes and muffins.

Yummy blend for smoothies or yogurt or even into baked goods!
This On Target Living Smoothie Blend- 14 oz with hemp, flax, chia, and cacao nibs is a fun change for me. I typically add the first three to my morning yogurt along with fresh fruit and sometimes a little granola. I'm more than happy to have some cacao nibs, too!I processed some of the blend in a small electric grinder. It seems like it would be easier to have it arrive pre-ground, but perhaps it stays fresher this way. I appreciate that the ingredients are all organic. I sprinkle some into my plain vegan yogurt and add fruit powder for flavor, mix it well, and then add fresh sliced fruit. It's such a healthy and satisfying breakfast. This blend adds the cacao to make it more fun! Highly recommend!!
