Really a good product
Hey if I can figure this out anyone can do it. Great product for the money. I would buy again and or tell my friends to get on board with this board. Larry Walls Sounds by Walls

Awesome product.
We use this at every practice and every gig. Easy to operate with the x-air app which I have on my iPad and MacBook. Great for saving settings that can be easily recalled when you play that venue again.

Biggest Audio improvement, Use the Aux in for USB connected Audio.
I use the mixer in my home office, and connect it to the following Audio Devices for listening:Edifier 1280T speakers; Headphones: Hifi man 400i and Audio Technica ATHM50The headphone output is not high powered so the Hifi Man's don't get too loud, as they require a little more juice.I was using a mono price headphone amp (96/24) before.Almost double the audio quality over the headphone amp.*This unit supports all 18 channels recording to a PC using supported software over the single USB as well as the return of the computer sound. Some quick helpers:1. Only install the USB drivers for the x18 unit, do not install other behringer drivers.2. Watch youtube videos on setup. Behringer has some good setup videos.3. Use the Aux-in USB audio option in setup for computer sound. (See Screen shots)4. Make sure you turn on (activate) the RTA button when on the EQ tab (X-Air app or PC app)(See screenshot) this will give you the Graphical EQ bars. The unit has RCA's which made using the edifier speaker setup easier.Anyone who has listened to this setup over the previous one was amazed.I removed a star because the audio quality using channels to return PC sound, was degraded, and setup can be challenging for those unfamiliar with Digital mixing boards. My space is only 15*16 ft, this setup is great for a space of this size.Use Ethernet or Hard wired network cable for the mixer for best response where possible.Final thoughts,I wish I purchased this unit a long time ago. If I knew only how good the Edifier setup would sound, with this unit I could have saved myself some coin. If you are on a budget for great sound, I would start here. and get a great pair of headphones. Then compare any monitors you buy to the clarity /fidelity /sound you get from the headphones. The audio technica's are great, and with proper placement the $100.00 edifier speakers come really close. I am going to also run a test for thump reasons to a home theater system using 4 x Klipsch towers and matching 12" sub, to see how that sounds.Hope this helps others reviewing the mixer.

Wouldn't recommend
When I saw this mixer I was blown away and bought it. I tried it the first day and I could only get two channels to work. I tried everything, I was told, on a forum, I was using the wrong driver however I was using the only driver available on the Behringer company website, as far as I could see, Behringer did not have a number to call for support. Every forum showed the same solution, download the "correct" driver, there was even a version number. I downloaded it, installed it, deleted, it, reinstalled it, deleted it again, rebooted my computer, reinstalled it.......only to find I could never get any other channel to work. I wasted way too much time and decided to return it. I wish it had worked, the concept is great. Behringer needs to post a support number for those of us who need their support and they will reduce the number of returns of this product. There were pages of people with this same issue so it is not an isolated issue and a support number would help us keep the product. I ended up getting a Yamaha MG16XU and it works exactly the way they said it would.

The new unit works fine, but I shouldn't have had to deal with ...
The first unit I received never worked well, and failed after the first week at the usb port. Then the seller tried to void my warranty. After breaking through the communication barrier that is between customers and Behringer, they agreed to honor the warranty and replaced it. But only after months involving huge communication gaps on their part, often leaving me wondering if I'd ever see my hundreds of dollars ever again. The new unit works fine, but I shouldn't have had to deal with such a stressful situation involving customer service agents who were rude, arrogant, often absent and unresponsive, and had no concern for the amount of time that this was taking to correct. I see that there are many other comparable options out there since this unit came out 3 years ago. I would suggest this unit as a last resort, and if you can stomach the idea of dealing with a situation like mine where your unit fails immediately, they try to stiff you on the warranty, then reluctantly agree to replace it, the whole time being rude to you. Look elsewhere first.

Avoid
Extremely poor quality. Unit lasted about 10 hours before going out. Calling Behringer for tech support is wasted time. Will not answer or return calls.
