I followed the guidance on what size ball to purchase for my height and have been advised at a yoga class that it’s far too small for me and unsafe to use. This was a complete waste of money as I can’t use the item safely. I’m now looking to buy the largest type of exercise ball I can for someone well over my height, I’m only 5 foot 8.

Takes a while before one needs to add extra air. Works well as a computer seat - I alternate between standing, an ergonomic chair, and the yoga ball.Works well and so far three months on going strong.

I ordered the largest 85cm diameter....when fully inflated it is just 70cm diameter. This is fine for my purposes but it seems to be common that Exercise Balls are smaller than stated as a matter of course.
