this is a technical question. In the West we only recognize 5 kinds of te, White. Green, Oolong, Black and Pu-erh. Each get more processing. See the internet on types of tea. In the East some greens are Yellow and some black's are Red. But Pu-erh is to dark to be called Red in my book.

Price of Peace Pu-Erh tea is very good but it dosn't say its organic.

You have to be careful of the lead content in tea,pu-erh, does this tea qualify being extremely low in lead? Any one seen(Certificate of Analysis)?

I have no idea .. It doesn't say on the packaging .. I had no idea that it was high in lead .. Now I'm concerned ..
