You can pair both index controllers with 1 dongle correct?

No, you need 2 dongles to pair with each index controllers you have.

How many devices can it do?

If you buy 1 dongle, it can only pair with one device at a time. So if you have 2 index controllers for example, but you only buy 1 dongle- it will only connect to 1 index controller.

if i use these can these connect my index controller to my quest 2

They will allow you to connect the Knuckles to your PC. You still need the base stations for tracking however. You can then link your Quest 2 to your PC. You’ll also need another tool called “OpenVR Space Calibrator” to calibrate the Knuckle’s “play space” to the Quest 2’s “play space” gets tedious after a while. Some good YouTube videos on how to do it out there
