HOTWAVE Push Up Board, Portable PushUp Board, Foldable 20 in 1 Push Up Bar

Fantastic board!!! Came with everything it should have, SUPER stable even on hardwood, which is impressive because it doesn’t have any rubber or silicone to grip with. I’m 5’11” 180 for reference and this board doesn’t budge when I’m doing pushups! Handles are comfortable and confidence-inspiring with how they lock into the board. The board itself doesn’t take up a lot of space, folds nicely or hangs from a hook just fine as well. Super easy to use and stow away when you need to! I love this little thing so far and while I can’t speak to its long term durability, I definitely don’t see anything concerning or any parts that I would expect to wear down over time

I have gotten so much use out of this thing! Best features for me are the two metal slots that I can insert a small carabiner clip in and attach my own weight bands, and the very sturdy and well made lift bar and wheels for ab rolls. The push up board is great & well made - I love being able to plank in different positions. I don't do push ups but I have weak wrists and the little movable grips are wonderful for planks. If I could take a half star off I would because the tube bands that came with the set are a little off. I understand that there are two lengths, long for standing/overhead lifts vs shorter for squats and rows. The diff in length is obvious between them. But when I put on the two 40 lb matching blue tube bands that came with it, one is about an inch shorter than the other. It makes for lopsided lifts. But it's ok bc as I said, I already owned a set of tube bands with metal rings for the carabiner clips. All the other boards used a plug and twist mechanism so you can't use your own bands. This is the only one I found with a metal rod on each side that you can use carabiner clips with. Bc of that I still give it 5 stars! I'm a woman in my 60's so I'm not doing a lot of weight or extremely athletic workouts. If you're a big guy I'm sure the push up board and the metal bar will give you lots of use for a long time. They are well made. The tube bands that come with it maybe not so much.

This is a great buy and allows for good form. I have a couple other push up devices and I like this the most for versatility. The bands are good to start with and learn the form before getting into the bigger and wall mounted equipment if necessary. Grips are good and do not slip.

u get what u pay for, it’s decent quality. pretty cool though and it gets the job done. i mean what else could u ask for for the price

Really happy with this push-up board. The different positions make it easy to switch up my workouts and target different muscle groups, and the handles feel sturdy and comfortable in my hands. I also like that it folds up and doesn't take much space to store. Great option for quick workouts at home or while traveling.

So far so good, not really good at push ups so this will be a challenge for me but great addition to my home gym, but it does feel cheap like it could break easily but so far so good, very easy to take around handles are nice and sturdy, comes with a bag to transport, the board itself does not slide.

I’m 5 feet 6 inches and the resistance bands are way too long to workout with the board a bicep curl is pointless. The board for pushups works good but that’s about it. Also it’s extremely frustrating changing between bands.

I got the hotwave push up board about 8 months back, and I’ve been working out with it 5 times a week. I follow the workout guide, and I’m really happy with the results! The price was reasonable, and it’s super easy to use.

as advertised, but would be nice to have more instructions. There is a danger of the rubber bands breaking and zapping back at you; had that happen on another product that uses the tubing - very painful so be careful..
