I ordered on 30 march 2023 but package has not even been sent!! is this normal? the shipment is not expected to arrive until 24 may - 31 may??!!

Yes I'd think so I bought a cheap Atomus tattoo pen and they fit perfectly and are really good cartridges

Do these work for dragon hawk tattoo pens?

As far as I know tattoo pen cartridges are all the same size so I'm positive that they will fit your dragonhawk pen
