I've inherited from my Grandmother her knee problems. I can't bend the left one, and the right one usually get's stiff and I even get water on that knee at times, making them even harder to bend. Question how much mgs you are really receiving as there have been several totally empty capsules, the others varying degree of fill powder.

These glucosamine capsules seem to work well for me, keeping my joint pain under control. My only complaint is that the capsules themselves are a little on the large size and not very smooth. You will definitely need to drink water along with a capsule. The price is good.

Have been taking Glusosomine for years now. It works on my joints and I always feel better. I notice it when I run out so I try not to get that far.
