Definitely worth it!
As someone that has suffered chronic migraines for 20+ years this really helps to alleviate pain for me. I get a lot of migraines behind my eyes and this help reduce the pain and throbbing. One suggestion I have is to make one of these that goes completely around your head!

My wife get frequent migraines, she keeps it in the freezer untill needed and says it helps alot

Works like a charm
This snug hat hugs your head perfectly to relieve any headache. The material is super soft to make wearing it comfortable. The actual ice pack part itself is not bulky at all, the only thing to watch out for is not to put the cap on directly out of the freezer as it may stick to your head.

It doesn't stay cold for very long maybe a few minutes.

Does not wrap around head
I bought this for my daughter because she like the color, but we were really disappointed and misled that the cap does not wrap around your entire head. It only covers face and forehead with cold area the rest is just the stretchy material.
