Good cheese but don't order more than you can safely use within the short "good" period.
Be sure to use the cheese prior to the "sell by" date. The literature says it's good for 7-14 days after but the company will not stand by that. In fairness the stracciatella was tasty but don't rely on the grace period afterwards, it does go rancid quickly.
