does this garden cart rust outdoors?

I’ve only had it for a couple of months outdoors in direct heat and sun. So far it looks the same as when I first bought it. The paint is solid. I will, however, bring it in or at least put in on the porch in the winter. Maybe it will last longer that way.

Can I buy the front pot. I have the bicycle and the two back pots?

The pots are removable and can be replaced as you require
