VERY NICE DISPENSER
I BOUGHT A LARGER ONE 2 MONTHS AGO. THAT ONE RECHARGES BY BEING PLUGGED INTO ELECTRIC. I DIDNT LIKE THAT IT GAVE ME DRIPPY SOAP. SO I TOOK A CHANCE AND BOUGHT THIS ONE.....FAB!!!! RUNS ON BATTERIES (MY ONLY REAL CONCERN CAUSE BATTERIES ARE NOT CHEAP...BUT TIME WILL TELL MORE), BUT GIVES ME AS MUCH SOAP AS I NEED AND WORKS GREAT WITH THE SENSOR. IT'S ALSO SMALLER SO IT TAKES UP LESS SPACE. SO FAR SO FAB...THX!!!

Great Product
This soap dispenser is awesome, I really like that you can adjust the amount of soap you want dispensed.

Worked for almost a year.
I purchased this Oct 2022. I really like this automatic soap dispenser so much, that I bought 2 gold dispensers for the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom and 1 silver for the kitchen. However the silver one just stopped working yesterday so I changed the batteries thinking that would do it. It didn't so I bought brand new batteries and it still doesn't work. Yea, the batteries are in correctly so I guess it had its run. I may buy again, but I'll search to see if I find something better.

Performs as required
The best part of these soap dispensers is the seal that protects the batteries from getting wet. We had purchased some much cheaper dispenses in the past and they only worked for a couple of weeks before the batteries were compromises by leakage. We have been extremely happy with these new dispensers.

Stopped working
This thing sporadically would not work and now it has completely stopped. The sensor light still turns on but it won’t dispense. I changed the batteries and still not working. Waste of money.

Great Customer Service
I bought one of these over a year ago. It worked great, and then suddenly stopped working. After contacting the company, they sent me another one at no cost even though it had been over a year since I ordered the last one.
