My go to electrolyte drink!
I use these for post run electrolyte refueling. On about my 8th tube. Cheap but do the job. Mango taste is ok. No upset stomachs. One star off as they don't dissolve that well.

Takes at leat 10 minutes to dissolve. Otherwise ok i guess but better ones out there for the same price.

I bought these after my gp recommended them. Does what it says on the tube, nice flavour and no powder residue. Definitely great for rehydration and give the much needed boost.... Recommended to all.
