Are these replacement pads any better for solving physical ear fatigue than the factory pads that came w/ the phones?

I don't know what "ear fatigue" is, but I find the regular foam pads more comfortable than these.

Will these fit Philips Bluetooth headphones?

They did NOT fit my expensive Bose headphones. They fall off as soon as i put them over my ears. Terrible set up IMO
