I have noticed a big difference since taking magnesium every night. Sleeping better for sure. This does not hurt my stomach at all. I have been using this particular magnesium for over a year now

I think it works, but the taste is the worst thing I’ve ever had. I’m not picky at all, but this taste is extremely odd.

I bought this product because I had purchased it previously elsewhere and it works well for me. Amazon has a better price than I previously paid. I have learned that there are different types of Magnesium that can help different health issues so you want to make sure you know the correct type to take. The Glycinate works for my problem.

I bought this magnesium to replace another one thinking it would for sure be better. My dad has blood cancer and many issues in his body that we have been able to solve with natural vitamins and supplements. His hemoglobin is very low but he is doing well despite that. All of a sudden my dad started getting severe cramps and spasms in his legs at night and arms during the day. Could not figure out what it was bc these usually only happen without magnesium or b12 which he had both in this protocol. Kept going through all of his supplements, researching what might be depleted in his body that could be causing this. He was doing high dose IV vitamin c so I thought this was depleting some other essential nutrient. Then it hit me- I had him start using a new magnesium. I decided to switch it back to the old one and that night his spasms were completely gone and have not come back since. He suffered for a month bc of this straight up CRAP PRODUCT.
