Visualites Lightweight Rimless Reading Glasses For Men and Women - Model - VIS 1

I had quite many reading glasses in the past but have settled with Visualities in the end ! Personally I do not like/prefer framed glasses, either as reading or sunlight. The reading glasses I had in the past were usually smaller or even in some cases much smaller, where I had thought that I would be using them in cases of emergency need only and would be using my prescribed lenses at other times. Did so for quite a while. I am now using Visualities for more than two years, had originally bought two, one was broken after so many falls and I have now ordered one immediately to replace it. I have given up using the prescribed ones. Found it impractical, these are now withe me everywhere. These lenses have good vision before anything else. As bonus they are light in weight too, you hardly feel them on your nose. They do not have a sprung hing, which could be a problem for some, but fits the bill perfectly for me as it holds well but does not exert pressure on my head, a problem that I had experienced with another reading glass before. The protection tube is plastic too, which is also good. I had metal ones where you end up with having some dents at some stage, making it difficult to use.

Nice Specs. Very light and comfortable - they fit nicely ( at least on my face ) Only issue is the nose pads and the arm they attach to are on sort of a swivel thing with a small ( to small to tighten ) nut. One of these nuts has become lose thru my stressing it to fit better on my nose. So, thats mildly annoying for a compulsive person like me... Otherwise - I consider these to be some of the best glasses you can get OTC pretty much anywhere.... :-) Since I tnd to loose glasses now and then I think I will order a couple new pairs for back up. Oh - it would be nice if they offered a 2.75 - instead of jumping from 2.5 straight to 3... Attention Managers !!!!!!!

love the styling and they are very lightweight. Thats where the love ends. They fall apart...fast. Every screw and nose pad falls out with in a week. I ordered 3 pairs and without fail every screw has backed out without warning. I would not recommend these to anyone.

These reading glasses are fine. They are very lightweight and comfortable to wear, and they make reading newspapers and magazines much easier. However, as I wrote Amazon, the hard plastic case included in the order is unusable. The glasses won't fit inside, In fact, you'd have to break the frame to fit the glasses in the case (which may explain why the glasses were outside the case when my order arrived). If you don't care about the case, this is a good buy. If you do, move on to something else.

These Visualites are fabulous. They are very light, the optics are excellent, they are stable and the frames don't seem to loosen up. They have a gripping rubber type material where they hug my head above my ears, so that they don't fall forward if I'm looking down. The bottom line is that they are so comfortable that I forget that I have them on. Highly recommended. I totally agree with the above. All other reading glasses that I've bought, one or both of the nose pieces falls off or the frame loosens and they get wobbly or one of the ear pieces falls off, but the Visualites suffer none of that.

The glasses are well made, lightweight, and very comfortable -- a great value! The case, on the other hand, is cheap plastic and tiny; it's tough to get the glasses into it. If you carry a tiny purse, you might use it, otherwise be prepared to use a different case.

I am no optometrist but these glasses are not well designed from a “seeing” point of view — then frames get in the line of vision and the nose rests are also an obstruction.

Lightest reading glasses I've had so far. Lens is clear and crisp. Fragile as you would expect, but it comes in a rigid clear case which is small enough to easily fit in my jean pockets as I walk about or even sit, and not worry about the glasses breaking (a common experience for me). First time I am actually excited about reading glasses; go figure!
