Fit perfect just wish it had a zipper on it somewhere around the top opening it just wouldn’t make it around the top tier (roof) I had to take off one side of supports and slide it under then back to get it on

This top fit perfect on our old frame . We have the Classic Shroll 10x12 . The material is great , keeps the sun out ! The fit is not too tight so the wind is not pulling on the seams and the price was unbelievable !!!

This barely fit on my gazebo and it's the second one I bought. First one was fine. It took 2 of us to stretch it on the top. Poor product stay away from it

It was great quality but the top piece did not fit so had to return it. I didn't have any problems with Yescom approving the return but you have to pay for the postage which was $18. I would be really careful about purchasing anything without making sure you do not want to return it. I had purchased a replacement before that fit without problems but cannot remember which company it was from. I will be a little more careful from now on.

It was perfect size for the type we have in our home. I will order it again.

We are using it to replace old canopy

The top of the canopy (two parts) does not fit. The measurements are off and can’t get all 4 rods to enter

the replacement fits perfectly. Unfortunately, the canopies do not last as long as the structure, due to sun, wind, and rain.

My gazebo is discontinued (has served our household for many, many years). Frame is still excellent but softtop no longer available. It is a 10x12 gazebo, and it seems the replacement cover for this dimension is next to impossible to find.Well i did find one, not exactly for my model frame BUT with a real easy modification of my frame, the replacement cover fit like a charm. The 11.8x9.8 fit snugly, even better than the oem version! Love it! I no longer need to tear down the frame…new lease of life.Material feels good, and actually better quality than the oem imho.Inwill order another one as a spare. It is a bit pricey (due to delivery charge) but again, imho, worth it:)
