Poor Instructions
Purchased in hopes to use the RS232 port to control the product remotely for a project, unfortunately there are no instructions for this port and testing on commands and port settings have all failed. Will be returning.

An outstanding switcher to combine different SDI equipments into a single output.
Just as needed to solve the integration of 4 SDI HD sources into one output to be connected into a video capture unit embedding video and audio. Price is really affordable meeting the requirements to extend versatility of the sources to be used.

Good while they work but die around the 1 year mark
We just had our second switch die on us. The first one lasted about a year, we bought another one only for that one to also last around a year. Not sure what is going on with them but they just stop working and the red power light just blinks. We've tried different outlets, different power supplies. Seems like the only fix is to buy another one. This time we're going to go with a different brand.
