I see the mold size, but what is the size of a single bar?

I don’t have the mold right in front of me but I’d say each bar is a few inches long and maybe an inch or slightly less wide. When I bag them, I usually end up putting 3 in a bag to approximate 1 bar of a standard high quality bar. I can’t tell you what the weight is as I don’t weigh my bars.

Can you use this mold with wax melt wax?

Yes. I use them for wax melts and they are perfect. Pop them in the refrigerator for a few min and then carefully turn the mold over and the slide right out. Tap on the back gently if they resist coming out but I haven’t had any problems.

Is the mold deep enough to put a filling in?

This mold is not really deep enough to fill with ganache, caramel or other type of filling. If you want to try, you will only be able to add a very small quantity of filling and the bar may become quite fragile. I have put assorted nuts on the back (smooth side) of the bars and even then some bars break on releasing from the mold.
