Works so great. The underarm wipes also work great. It’s almost scary. What magic is in this???? I am a pretty sweaty person in general and my husband doesn’t like to hold my hand bc it is always clammy. This is a game changer. No excuses now. Lol.

My son suffers from hyperhydrosis and it makes lifting weights difficult as well as other sports. We tried carpe and he developed a rash on his hands. SweatBlock works! Keeps his hands dry for at least several hours and NO RASH or skin irritation! I highly recommend! And he will continue to use and purchase sweatblock.

If you want the most direct review: yes it works, you could expect about 90% less sweat, but read the label first. If you know anything about how antiperspirants work you need to build a good base layer first and that’s not done over night. It will cut the sweat down to almost nothing (80-95% less sweat for ME but your results may vary), but it does have some drawbacks. First it makes your hands kinda dry and ashy. My skin is pretty sensitive to begin with but this was not a huge issue for me at all cuz you can just throw some lotion on. It also makes your hands feel like you have chalk dust all over them, again nothing that I couldn’t get used to cuz it goes away. Some people didn’t like the smell and to me it didn’t smell great, but I wouldn’t say it smelt bad either. The smell of it goes away anyway so who cares. Other than that I’m not sure there are any real drawbacks. I WILL be buying this again and I’m VERY happy with the results, so much so that I bought the foot version of this too. So far the hands and foot version is less aggressive (1.5% less concentrated) but it seems to be working for my feet just the same. I use these both mostly for sports and anything that requires nitrile gloves around the shop. Hope this helps

First, I like that the smell of this product disappears after you rub it in. I used half of a pearl sized amount which is what the directions say to use a full pearl size. My hands don't need that much, but my palms get super dripping sweaty in the summer indoors and outdoors when it hits 70 degrees. I've used carpe already but they have changed their formula and for some reason it's more white and sticky now. I'm not a fan of the white leftover filmy looking crusty looking residue from their products. So I wanted to try this one. I can say that from first trying it on, it rubbed in easily and was dry within about 2 minutes. I know it's on my hands but I can't really feel anything sticky, just a tiny bit of something but it's so insignificant that I can't even pay it any attention. The first photos are after a few minutes of having it on my hand and the last photo is about 10 minutes later. The residue is not that noticeable for me and I'm so far happy with it. I'd really like to go outside and not have sweaty hands when I hold my husband's hand as we walk in the park. The tube is a good size and I will continue using it and see what happens over the next month.

Leaves a chalky substance that gets over my clothes, laptop, phone screen, etc… I have very sweaty hands and this lotion is not an option. I will have to look other places for an option.

My hands sweat a lot, so I thought buying this will solve that problem and I can shake hands and not make it a yucky one! This lotion doesn't stop sweating( yes, I have followed the instruction) and worse, it created a thin layer that makes your skin feel like rubber. In addition to that, after a few days of using this, my skin started wrinkling! (I know, right!). So, I didn't have a good experience with this product. MMaybeyou can't win the war with mother nature after all.

a quick preface: I do *not* have hyperhidrosis, I just overheat easily while moving and happen to work a physical job in unbreathable leather work boots. Also a warning: it may have been because it was in a warm area for a while before I used it, but the lotion was rather runny, so I don't recommend opening it with the spout pointing down. I got this to use on my feet, since I was tired of having to rub stick antiperspirant all over my feet and pray that it lasted long enough to not make my boots stink. And I can safely say, after a single application, this stuff removes the very idea of moisture from any skin you put it on. If you don't need to use it for your hands, I recommend using nitrile or latex gloves to apply it to the areas you intend for, otherwise you'll be needing to scrub it off your hands if you don't want to go through a bottle of moisturizing lotion. While I haven't put it through its paces (temps are a nice "cool" level for the moment) it definitely does keep my feet drier than without. Whether it keeps my feet at a simple "moist" instead of the fully drenched they normally are through summer, we'll have to see, but I feel fairly confident that I won't have to worry about stinking out my coworkers if I have to take off my shoes for any reason, which is the primary reason for using it. And also just because sweaty feet are uncomfortable. I also plan to use it along my hairline (may or may not become desperate enough to run it through my hair and into my scalp), just because I am *that* annoyed with the sensation of sweat. As far as I can tell, it doesn't leave a residue (though it feels like it does for a while) but it's also a white lotion and I am a very white person, so I do not know if that holds true to a person with a skin tone that isn't two shades off from printer paper.

I used sweat block as directed every day for an entire month and never had any positive change in perspiration in my hands nor feet. I know there’s a foot cream, but instead of spending so much on two creams, I wanted to see what might work for my body. Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for either hands or feet. The smell was okay, and it wasn’t greasy, but the chalky feeling was almost unbearable. I stuck with it, despite feeling like I dumped my hands in a mound of dust, only to have them continue to drip sweat off my finger tips. I used a fan to help dry and keep my hands dry when applying, but it seemed that was the only time my hands stayed dry. I think it almost made me sweat more despite its claims to help reduce it. After I stopped using this product, my hands continued to be dripping wet with sweat almost every day for about a week, then they went back to “normal” for them - only excessively sweating a few times during the day. At least without it, my hands didn’t feel awful AND were still wet, now they’re just damp like before. I wasn’t hoping for a fix all, I was hoping for a reduction at an affordable cost, but I received worse symptoms for too expensive of a price. I went back to wearing my cotton gloves at my pc and just telling people I’m cold.

This hand antiperspirant works incredibly well. It dries fast, stops sweat almost instantly, and makes your hands feel clean and comfortable without any stickiness. For situations where you need completely dry hands — driving, meetings, interviews, or anything where grip matters — it’s genuinely impressive. However, the tube is very small, and because you don’t need much per use, it’s clearly designed for occasional situations rather than daily application. Using it every day would get expensive quickly, so I treat it more like a “special occasion” product rather than something for constant use. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. Just be aware it’s best used sparingly due to the size and cost.
