As opposed to other reviews, my bottle, cup, and pump came with nothing broken. Lucky? Maybe but there was potential there. The box inside the postal bag didn't survive the postal travel well and the contents did come out. I suggest the company either ship the items in a BOX or wrap the pump and cup really good if you intend to use the same bag type with not much padding. Flavor was fine ( I'm not picky), traveling with the pump still on the bottle will never get 5 stars from me as it's not leak proof (is any pump ever leak proof)? Value for my money? Yes. Stanneous fluoride does what it's supposed to do with a pump that works in an unbroken cup. Good enough for me.

The reviews are accurate! Great product. The pump doesn't fit into the bottle even if forced and the mixing cup is flimsy and leaks!

Currently in the process of healing for my implant and the tooth next to it became sensitive. According to my periodontist this is fairly normal, and won't be rectified until the implant is in to cover the one side of the tooth. So I tried several things, like Squigle and Apagard, and those all worked, but the area that was sensitive is almost impossible to get a brush into. I tried other, "sensitive" mouth washes and no dice. On a whim I tried this, and literally with one use all the sensitivity went away! What sensitivity I have I'm sure is fairly minor compared to others, but this worked instantly for me and would recommend to others having a similar issue. My only suggestion is to make sure you have some water before you use this in the morning. It doesn't really dry your mouth out, so much as it makes a dry mouth feel worse in the morning. So if you are one of those wake up and brush like I am, down a cup of water before using this and your golden.

The pump is too large and does not fit inside the bottle. This is a long-standing complaint, apparently the company has made no effort to correct the problem.

The pump doesn't fit into the bottle at all and the essential measuring cup arrived broken. We're going to salvage it by mixing the concentrate into an empty mouthwash bottle but at a 1:8 ratio its hard to find a bottle to fit. Taste is OK (we have fruit punch) but no idea if our concentration is correct at this point. EDIT: The seller was kind enough to offer a refund. My daughter likes the Fruit Punch but we just kept adding water until the flavor was OK for her, so no idea if we're using it right but hopefully she's getting the benefit. If they update the packaging this would be a VERY good deal for the amount you get. Probably cheaper than anything else you'll find, regardless of the additional benefits of Stannous.

I found this fluoride in my quest to find one that was free of alcohol and dyes (I'd prefer no artificial sweeteners either, but considering there is likely so little and I'm not really eating it, it's less of a concern for me; unfortunately, this probably also applies to the xylitol, which is listed last in the ingredients list). I also had a slight preference for stannous fluoride over other forms, which this one also happened to meet. It's not quite as convenient as pre-diluted fluoride, but it's still pretty easy: the directions say 1/8 fl oz of this with 2 oz of water, and they provide a (plastic) cup for easy mixing. (Don't skimp on the mixing, BTW. They provide a cap to make it easy to shake, where I thought I could get by with just swirling it around and eventually discovered a layer of deposits on the bottom of the container, which I suspect there would have been less of had I mixed better, and I probably didn't get the full dose every time before I realized this.) I'd like to think it's cheaper, too, and a quick calculation of the recommended dilution rates suggest it is with a name brand I can find at the store by at least a few cents per final concentration ounce, but I still like the idea of not shipping around something that's mostly water, anyway. Speaking of shipping, I had to return/replace my first purchase--it wasn't packaged well, and the dispenser (which comes separately from the bottle in the same box), likely because the bottle shook around and crushed it during transit or delivery. The plastic cup was also broken. Amazon, as usual, was great and replaced it without issue, but it seems like they could devise better packaging for shipment to avoid this hassle.

I've searched for a product just like this for some time. It has definitely replaced any mouthwashes of past. I absolutely love it!
