Love our Happycall pans and this new titanium line doesn't disappoint.

This pan was great at first, but after 90 days, the coating on the little different color slits inside the pan started to peel and come off in food! At first we thought the pan wasn’t washed properly, but upon closer inspection (see photo) that was not the case. Unfortunately, I’m just outside the return window…I’ve contacted the manufacturer so we’ll see if this was a rare defect or money wasted….UPDATE: Outstanding customer service, defective item and I was given a refund!

This pan is surprisingly lightweight yet heat is evenly distributed when used on a commercial induction cooktop. If you need great heat retention like cast iron then this pan may not be for you. It has a low thermal mass. It will cool down fast but it also heats up fast. It would probably not heat uniformly on an undersized burner or induction coil however.The bottom of the pan is absolutely flat, which means cooking oils will not puddle assuming your cooktop is level. The non-stick surface is very slick so small amounts of oil form beads. The cooking surface can easily be wiped clean using a paper towel without any need for soap and water. No reason to wash this pan in the dishwasher even though it's dishwasher safe.

Value of money

I have lots of high end brands pan and I think this pan is among the best. I don't know why it is so understated. It is completely non stick and has an ergonomic handle.just wish I could put it in the oven.
