I’m really happy with the Aveeno CALM+RESTORE Re-Hydrating Night Cream. If you struggle with sensitive, dry, or easily irritated skin, this night cream is a real lifesaver. The formula is fragrance-free and specifically designed to be gentle, so it won’t cause any stinging or redness—just pure comfort and nourishment. What I love most is how rich and creamy it feels without being heavy or greasy. The combination of shea butter and prebiotic oat delivers intense hydration overnight, helping to repair and strengthen your skin’s barrier while you sleep. When I wake up, my skin feels soft, soothed, and visibly healthier, with less dryness and tightness. I don’t write reviews often but I had to leave feedback because this is an awesome product. It’s become an integral part of my skin care routine, I use it morning and night - it’s a great base (I use it as a moisturiser predominately) before applying primer for my make up too. Must admit I use any excess on my hands for a ‘pick me up’ if they’re dry. I love that it’s natural with Shea butter and oat AND NOT SCENTED, it truly is not scented so brilliant for my sensitive skin - Excellent for my daughters ECZEMA, she finds it soothing This certainly feels like it instantly feeds my face, plumping and definitely nourishing it. I can feel the difference instantly - a brighter, plumper, dewy complexion and dare I say more youthful face! ☺️ My skin absorbs the serum straight away - no more flaky skin. I have combination skin and have found issues with facial moistures, this is a firm favourite ❤️ no more spending ridiculous amounts of money on products that are supposedly high end, top brand when I’ve found this little gem! One other thing that I’ve noticed is that my pores are smaller which is helping with my overall complexion, I don’t think it’s coincidence as I’ve not changed anything else… So, an honest review- I would recommend to everyone of all skin types. I needed a simple, reliable, and deeply soothing night cream that wouldn't cause breakouts or sting. Aveeno's reputation for using Oat Extract for calming skin made this an easy choice. The Key Strengths (The Pros): Incredibly Soothing and Calming: This cream truly lives up to its name. If my skin is feeling tight, red, or irritated at the end of the day, applying this provides instant relief. I wake up with a noticeable reduction in redness. Fragrance-Free and Gentle: The fact that it is completely fragrance-free and free from common irritants (like dyes and harsh alcohols) is essential for reactive skin. It provides deep moisture without any stinging or burning sensation. Deep Nighttime Hydration: It's rich enough to lock in moisture overnight, ensuring my skin feels plump and hydrated by morning. It works well with layered serums (like Hyaluronic Acid). Excellent Value: For the quality of the ingredients and the effectiveness on sensitive skin, the price point is fantastic compared to high-end dedicated sensitive-skin brands. The Compromise (The Cons): Slightly Thick/Rich Texture: While it is hydrating, the cream is quite thick. It requires a bit of effort to rub in fully, and it can leave a slightly tacky or dewy feel right after application. It's fine for bedtime, but you know you have it on. Tub Packaging: I would prefer the cream to be in a pump or tube format, as dipping my finger into the tub can feel less hygienic. Final Verdict: If you have easily irritated, sensitive skin that needs simple, reliable, deep moisture, the AVEENO CALM+RESTORE Night Cream is a brilliant option. It's soothing, effective, and won't break the bank. It loses one star only because the texture is a little heavy and the tub packaging isn't my favourite. Very happy with this moisturiser. It feels soft on my skin, absorbs quickly and leaves my face feeling hydrated without being greasy. Gentle and nice to use. I would recommend it.

Solid night cream, does what it says it will and well priced. I have sensitive skin and tend to stick to affordable, fairly plain skincare and this fits nicely in my routine. Cream feels nice on the face, is not greasy and sinks in well. One pump is plenty. Skin feels hydrated the next morning.

My favourite moisturiser! I have very sensitive skin and haven't had any issues with Aveeno products, and this night cream is no different. A good amount comes out nicely from the pump, a lovely thick texture that melts into the skin easily and quickly, non-greasy. I also have the Calm+Restore 50SPF moisturiser for the day time. Perfect duo of products, and very affordable when compared to other brands.

I’ve been using this for a few days now and I’m honestly very pleasantly surprised.. my redness has calmed significantly and in the morning my skin just looks fresher. Wasn’t expecting such good results. Will be repurchasing.

I do like Aveeno but I was not impressed with this cream personally. On the plus side, I find their products, this included, to be the best for NOT reacting (burning etc) with already irritated skin (eczema etc). They tend to just feel calm/ nothing. So it may be worth it to purchase for this reason alone if you are suffering. On the other hand, as someone who has dry skin and has always purchased creams, many different creams in every price range, I did not find this cream to be moisturising. I had purchased it due to a sudden rash on my face as opposed to wanting to replace any day or night cream that I would usually use. If you have dry skin, this may be fine as a summer cream but not good enough for winter in my opinion. It sat fine under my foundation.

Come tutti i prodotti Aveeno, una crema notte super idratante per l’inverno. È leggermente oleosa, quindi la consiglio più per pelli normali, miste o secche.

Bon produit

Buona per chi ha la pelle normale o leggermente secca. Senza profumo aiuta a tenere a bada i rossori del viso. Comoda la confezione con la pompetta. Purtroppo se come me avete la pelle molto secca in inverno questa crema non basta (anche se uso il siero della stessa linea come base). L’ho sostituita con Aquaphor, un prodotto che risponde molto meglio alle mie esigenze.
