In the item description, (this is copied from that, just below a photo of the hinge) "Hidden spring hinge, very flexible and elastic, it will not pinch the face and press the nose, and it is durable." These glasses DO NOT HAVE SPRING HINGES. I wouldn't have bought them if I had known.

I couldn't use one pair as it was too hard on my eyes. It's as if there is a prescription added. The other pair was fine.

They are a tighter fit to the face, they gave me a slight headache. They are on the heavier side of glasses. Work well for short term stints in front of computer.
