I was satisfied with this product when it worked at it's maximum. I estimate I've had this for about 3-6 months and about 1 month ago, I heard a "click" while using and the intensity of the blades became less strong than what it was for the previous couple of months I had it. I've cleaned it (inside and out) and still, not working to maximum potential and not trimming beard as nearly as close as it did before the "click"/decreased intensity. Now I will have to look for another trimming razor. I didn't give it 1 star because when it worked correctly, it was a great trimmer but now, not so much.

It does a nice job of shaving.

Mainly got this to completely shave my beard after trimming, but stopped functioning properly after the second use. It might have lost its sharpness? Idk, but ended up returning it. The low price speaks for its quality I guess.
