I need help! Looks fantastic. It arrived yesterday but I can’t assemble the plug. Instructions are unclear. It’s meant to slot in I think. But no matter how I try it won’t do it. Can anyone shed some light? 🙏

This automatic dog ball Launcher is very powerful and not suitable for indoor use, it is very powerful and shoots upwards so hits the ceiling at quite a force, our pets were scared of it. It's quite big to take on a walk to the park if like us you already have your hands full with 3 dogs but great if you have a long enough garden to use it. I've not been brave enough to try it in the garden as it's so powerful, I think the ball would go over the fence! For us, the ideal time to use it would be at the park where we currently use a manual ball thrower, but it's just the logistics of carrying it there. It came with enough charge to use it already but there's a plug to recharge it. There are 3 settings, random, 10m and 20m. I tried random and 10m but it was hitting the ceiling so hard, I had to stop trying. The balls are great though, nice and soft so they didn't do any damage on the ceiling but also durable enough that the dogs chewing them, didn't damage them. For £109.99 this is a great bit of kit for the right environment!

This ball launcher is really fun and I didn't realise it was actually rechargeable when I got It to review - but if course it would need to be if you take it outside. It's pretty lightweight, cute shape and easy to just throw the special balls in (comes with 6 of them and they are rubbery and not heavy and easy to clean). There are 3 settings on the back for distances including a random one. I would have liked a shorter distance one for older dogs but its not a major thing. Very easy to use. it doesn't tell you any basics ie like how long it lasts for when fully charged which would be useful. The only other thing that would be handy is to have a carry handle on it so you could take it out easily

It comes with 6 balls which fit the launcher perfectly. The dogs tried it out and absolutely loved it and could probably spend all day chasing the flying balls across the garden. If you want a way to stimulate your dogs but its not the weather for trapsing through the woods then this machine is great and fun all round. I love that the dogs just need to pop the ball in the machine to activate it, so straight forward. Just make sure to set the length to accommodate the space its being played in as it can travel a really long distance. Happy to recommend.

The machine itself is really good quality, durable enough for daily play. Throws the ball well over 3 different distances which you can choose, but makes a slight whirring noise as it gets ready to launch and this can be disturbing for dogs who are more sensitive to sounds. My dog isn’t enjoying it sadly, he is really scared. The battery lasts a long time on a full charge. Regular tennis balls fit perfectly fine which is a bonus.

I bought this automatic ball launcher for our one year old golden retriever and she picked it up straight away. She’s full of energy and always wants to play fetch, so I thought this might help take the pressure off my arm a bit. It’s worked a treat. The machine is easy to set up and the rechargeable battery is handy because I don’t have to mess around with cables once it’s charged. The balls it comes with are a good size and tough enough for a big dog. Ours usually destroys anything soft within minutes but these have held up well. It didn’t take her long to work out how to drop the ball back in and now she’ll happily stand there entertaining herself for ages. It’s been great on days when we’re busy with the kids or out in the garden getting jobs done. It feels well made and the launch distance is decent. Not too powerful but enough to give her a proper run. For the price I’m happy with it and more importantly the dog absolutely loves it. If you’ve got an active dog that loves fetch this is a solid bit of kit. Our golden is obsessed with it now

Mehr schlecht als recht. Leider werden nur knapp 60% der Bälle tatsächlich abgefeuert - liegt wohl an der Witterung, Nass-Kaltes Wetter, die Bälle drehen eher durch. Doch falls mal einer abgeschossen wird, fliegt er dementsprechend und der Hund freut sich. Würde ich mir jedoch nicht nochmal holen, da Preis-Leistung nicht stimmt.
