Is it like a sauce I can put over noodles ?

This product is like other such products using soy. This is watery like liquid and is not a typical sauce with some body to it like a light syrup. Your preferred use will depend on what type of noodles you are making, such as noodle pasta or crunchy fried or baked noodles with a sweet teriyaki flavor. Hope this helps.

How can i make sure the product i receive is the gluten free version? i have ordered twice and got sent the non - gluten free version?

I don’t know, I don’t have that issue. I also don’t understand how this could have gluten in it.

How can i find bottles of kikkoman teriyaki sauce with roasted garlic?

Just type in your search what you looking for.

Is this made with real sugar or nasty high fructose corn syrup?

They must have changed the formula. My bottle says NO high fructose corn syrup on the front label and says sugar in the ingredients list.
