Very good and done what we wanted.

Noisy whirring while using it and the picture is still static-y and jumpy so obviously hasn’t cleaned the heads. However, company refunded the cost AND replaced with an upgraded model which works far better.

To be honest I was not going to buy this because I have used this type of product in the past quite honestly they just simply a waste of money.However, this worked blood great. I have not used my VCR for years and the first tape I put in got chewed up so that's why I bought this cleaner, and I'm very glad I did.Says in the instructions you only need to use it once however because I have not used my VCR for such a long time I used it three times to clean the heads. Then popped in a tape and it worked.So to sum up a bloody good VCR cleaner.

Mum still watches old videos but too much static so needed a clean.

Purchased on a whim. Didn't think much of it since it is just dry paper and no cleaning solution but WOW was I blown away by the video quality after running this through my VCR twice or three times. Given that my VCR is about 26 years old and has laying in dusty storage for about 10 years I was completely flabbergasted at how well this cleaner performed. Well played!

I must be one of the last to still use vhs video recorders, very happy as was not initially sure if the product still existed.

It did not work. It didn’t play for 30 seconds, more like 2 seconds. Not at all worth what I paid. The cassette was too tight and could not be wound either way - back or forward.

Hard to tell if it makes any difference .A bit overpriced for what it is ..
