Standard chart, just like my DOT examiner has. Was able to practice a little, my vision "improved" 2 levels just because there's no R's on this chart. I sometimes guessed R, when the only possibility was E, T, or F. It was good to practice with, and I passed my exam without memorizing the lines.

My daughter complained maybe I need glasses, everyone is getting glasses. We rolled this out, and gave her the test. 20-15 right eye 20-20 in the left. I was thinking how many people spend $400 go to eye doctor, told they have perfect vision. Her primary care doctor says they use this same chart every year?

Does what it is supposed to do.

A tough plastic. A great pocket size . Can be wiped clean. I use these in a camp in Africa and we used for over 1000 patients and these look like new
