I bought this item first for my mom. When she gets bitten by a mosquito, she has a bad reaction to the bite. She didn't like it. I thought it worked pretty well, but the battery cover wouldn't stay closed so I sent it back. I ordered it again after mosquito season and waited until this summer to start using it. It worked fine for a couple of weeks. Now when I turn it on, the light flashes but there's no heat. I don't recommend it.

Nice alternative to medicine but relief was very brief. Less than 5 minutes

This thing came with no instructions or the batteries it said it came with. Never worked. Not even once did it heat up. Piece of junk and now I have to take the time to package and return.

This does not work. I returned it after hoping it would help bug bite strings...IT DO NOT HELP AT ALL !!!

I did what the directions said, it burned my skin I got some bad burns from it. I don’t like it.
