Why did i receive an empty box?

I don't have a picture to add, sorry.

One of the stabilizer bars broke already and it hasn't even been a year, how do I get it replaced

They're really easy to replace by yourself. I installed some on my saturn vue in about 20 minutes. All you need is a cordless impact drill, a 3/8" socket bit, the correct size socket for the fastener (17mm if I remember correctly) and a jack. You can replace them without removing the tires.

It does fit and works good

Fit 2014 Toyota matrix like it should. The only difference between this product and a genuine Toyota product is it Considerably cheaper 10% of the cost of Toyota products, there is no grease fightings like there is on a Toyota product and it is thinner metal. But for less the 10% of the price it will work and do the job.
