Service was fast with the overnight FedEx option. Sent it on a Thursday and received test results the following Weds. directions were straightforward and easy to follow. Results appear thorough and are easy to understand.

I thought this kit was too good to be true being $79 for everything including lab fees. I was skeptical but gave it a try anyway and I'm glad I did. This kit is super simple and they provide detailed instructions on how to do everything properly so you get your results fast. All you do is register the kit on their website, swab your and the alleged child's mouth with the provided cotton swabs, seal them up in the provided envelope the company provides (with free postage and tracking #), and send it off to the lab. It took a few days to get there, but as soon as they got it they emailed me saying they got it and they will get the results to me in 2 business days. Sure enough, 2 days later they emailed me the results just as they promised they would do. I am truly impressed with DNA Direct and I feel its necessary to share this with everyone else that is looking for a cheap, good paternity test. Some other DNA testing companies usually take longer than they say it will to get the results, many of them do not test as many panels as DNA Direct does, and fool people into thinking the price of the kit includes lab fees when it doesnt. The folks that have left negative reviews for this test kit are ones who weren't happy with the test results, and others are folks that thought that you will get the results two days after you send the kit to the lab. Stop looking around for a cheaper or better paternity test kit, this is the best one you will find for a low price.

Horrible! It's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard anything back. I did everything correctly, and know the customer service phone number does not work. I've emailed multiple times and now looking for another company to do the test.

The product was very good and had no issues with it. The lab was very sufficient in sending out an email as soon as they received it and sent results two day after receiving it. Result were very detailed and the company was easy to contact and very kind and helpful. The problem I had was I am in Canada and I specifically was looking for a DNA kit from Canada. I looked up canadian DNA Kits and the kit I received was in my options for Canadian kits. I ordered it and received it only to find out after we did the test, that it was American. I couldn’t send it back now that we had used to kit. So I had to pay more money to send it out because it wasn’t in Canada and it took almost two weeks to send off and get results back. I feel that was very poor service especially for the money I had to pay out and I needed it back by a specific date which it was not.
