MOEN TUB AND SHOWER TRIM
GREAT QUALITY, PERFECT FIT, AND INSTALLATION WAS EASY. THE WATER PRESSURE IS FABULOUS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IT CLEANS WELL AND KEEPS ITS SHINE. THE COLOR WAS PERFECT , THE QUALITY IS EVEN BETTER IN PERSON. OUR WATER IS HARD IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD AND THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY SOAP SCUM BUILT-UP. THE COST WAS VERY AFFORDABLE, THAT I PURCHASE 4 , ONE FOR EACH BATHROOM. THIS WAS A GOOD ADDITION TO MY RENOVATIONS.

Best shower head assembly
Great shower head. They look brilliant, and super easy to clean. We love it, tried way too many and weren't satisfied until our plumber recommended these, and we won't be getting anything else again. Highly recommended.

Missing Several Pieces - Replacement Received
Edited: A replacement was received in a timely fashion, and all parts were accounted for. The fixture is great and the quality we expected from Moen. Original review: We opened this package immediately when it arrived. As my son was looking through the box, he pulled out a Phillips head screwdriver. We've purchased Moen products before, and they have never come with common tools, so I thought it was odd. I took it from him and noticed that the tip of the screwdriver looked used and dirty. I pulled the rest of the contents out of the box to find that the backer plate for the faucet handle, along with the chrome pipe that holds the shower head, and the bag of screws and other hardware was all missing. It was as if someone rifled through the box, grabbed what they needed, sealed it back up (dropped their screwdriver in for good measure), and shipped it back. I will update this review once we receive the replacement.

Nice and modern but very large shower head
Bought as replacements in my kids bathroom. Nice modern style, but I failed to realize how large the shower head is. Looks a little silly to me.

Good
This set is lovely looking, but I do have an issue in that it doesn’t seem like the faucet handle (hot to cold) can be fully tightened and no matter what we do it is still wiggly.

DOES NOT CONE WITH $130.00 VALVE
Please beware, this does not come with the valve that you must have to install it. The valve is sold separately and it will run you an extra $130.00. Very disappointing, especially when it shows photos of the valve in the advertisement. What a maddening experience
