Best Quality - Worth the Price
This combination raised seat and bidet is a quality product. It comes with chromed metal T fitting for the bidet, armored stainless mesh supply line, real brass fittings and quality seals. The seat is uses metal stud bolts and thick plastic for mounting and support security. I was able to follow the instructions and installed perfectly on my first try. No leaks and a sturdy seat that doesn't move around when used. The grab bars are well constructed and solid in their mounting holes on the seat. All of the parts are working together to provide a reliable and useful product. It's worth the money to get this one.

Great product!
This is a better product than I thought it would be. I went into the purchase hopeful, but guarded. My husband had hip surgery and needed a riser seat. I decided to this would be a great time to introduce a bidet. He loves it. It is so easy for him to get up and down from the seat. The handles are sturdy and strong. It's a perfect height. It's super easy to clean. It is comfortable to sit on. It was easy to install.

MEASURE CAREFULLY AND HAVE A HELPER TO INSTALL IF POSSIBLE
I will have spinal surgery 9/1/26. I removed the original round seat and a Tushy bidet that I knew would not work because of the new 3" rise in the seat. I was working in a very narrow alcove in a tiny bath off our bedroom, so measurements were critical. Although I knew I wouldn't be able to use the rails because of the space deficit I bought this anyway. Arthritic hands and very cramped space made installation pretty trying (even though I am a handy guy!) - especially tightening the seat bolts with the plastic "wrench" included. I gave up on that and used an actual small adjustable wrench. HELPFUL HINTS: It is imperative to get the bidet and seat mounted as far BACK toward the tank as possible. If you do this, you will not have the splashing out the front so many reviews report here. That is likely improper install, not product shortcoming. Additionally, I strongly advise a second set of hands in the process of placement of the bidet unit, then having to hold it in correct placement, and centered, while dropping in the seat and threads and hand starting the seat bolts on either side. *** Before you tighten down the break-off bolts, MAKE SURE THE BIDET PLATE AND NOZZLE ARE CENTERED. Otherwise, you'll have to move your bum to the left or right to hit the bullseye! I worked alone and it is slightly off center, but not seriously. If the seat "feet" are not setting equally on each side of the bowl, you need to move them to look the same. The hole in the seat is rather small. I imagine it would be difficult for a very large person to use easily. I am 5'8" and 150 lbs. so not a problem. Even so, it is necessary for me to slide pretty far up toward the front rim to get target zero. And because it's not perfectly centered, slide a bit to my right. For a large bum, it might be uncomfortable. The bidet works just fine. You'll have to play with the stream strength adjustments both on the pressure valve and the hand control. It's not hard. Because I couldn't install the rails, I bought a free-standing unit that works well - plus it's movable, yet sturdy. I'll try to post a pic or two. sorry - no pics๐ฅ Good product, easy install if you have room, and WAY easier on the hands than the Tushy (although that install was really simple too). Cheers!

Great product.
Just installed it. Very straight forward, no leaks, and I had my first โwow momentโ when I tried it out. Very solid construction and I love the handles. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

One washer away โฆ
Overall, good product with one really important flaw. The washer they supply with the T valve is absolute garbage. I installed and reinstalled the T valve four or five times before I pulled a washer off an extra toilet supply line that I had and it finally did the trick.

Good Option!
This is a great seat. We do not use the bidet attachment. It works just like a regular toilet seat for others, but very helpful for someone who has trouble standing and sitting. Easy to install.

Great for tall and elderly!
The product is very safe for those that have challenges with balance, safety and their height. Itโs quite comfortable and was a welcomed addition for an aging parent. It fit perfectly. Itโll take a minute to use the bidet because most arenโt used to having one however it doesnโt take long to adjust to. Thereโs no leakage but the first squirt is a little strange until you get used to it. I highly recommend this product!

Mom loves it๐
My Mom is a very independent woman. When a nasty illness left her mobility compromised, she became depressed and frustrated. She doesn't like to ask for help, and she certainly doesn't want anyone wiping her a$$ for her. This toilet seat/bidet gave her the stability to use the restroom independently, and it really gets her clean. It can be tough for seniors to get their arm back there and wipe properly. Many times they won't ask for assistance due to embarrassment, and that puts them at risk for infection. My Mom got frequent UTI's before we got this for her, and she hasn't had one since. It is also good for hemorrhoids. I love this thing, it has really helped my Mom regain her independence and given me peace of mind.

Great purchase
My mom needed a handle bar support and a bidet due to mobility issues. She is very happy with this combo. Easy to install. Bidet function works great as well. Iโd recommend for sure.
