I don't even leave reviews but this product has blown me away with regards to the quality of the product, the packaging, the price and the delivery. To start with, the ice bath was delivered a day early which was a real treat as I was excitedly counting down the sleeps. Secondly, the packaging was second to none with clear instructions and even spare pieces should you need it in the future. The assembly didn't take me long at all and I was surprised at how quickly the tub fills up. The ice bath also came with a free ice pillow gift which was a real treat and surprise as well. The ice bath is spacious and feels extremely sturdy and I can comfortably climb in and easily sit cross legged in there ( I am 5ft 9). I often sea swim to help with my pain as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes me joint pain so I bought this to allow me to be able to continue to feel the benefits of cold water therapy all year round even on days where the weather isn't great or I can't make it down to the sea. The cold water is a huge relief and even after only one 15 minute session in there tonight (my first go) I can confidently say this will help me no end and I came out feeling amazing. I would definitely recommend this product and with having the extra promotional 30% off voucher it made it a real bargain!

As a family we wanted to improve our mental and physical health. I heard a lot about ice bath therapy and decided to buy one for father's Day knowing that everyone in the family would use and benefit from it. The Polar Recovery Tub was very reasonably priced and the only tub I could find with 12 months warranty. My husband was thrilled to receive his tub but unfortunately there was a tiny hole at the very top which only leaked when the water level increased when the tub was occupied. I contacted the seller, who instantly replied reassuring me of a replacement. I had several messages keeping me informed of my replacement, tracking information etc. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Amazing! This is why we should support small businesses as they look after their customers. I can't tell you how impressed I am of their level of service. I would recommend them whole heartedly. The tub, is incredibly easy to put together, it takes up little space In the garden. It comes with an elasticated lid that keeps bugs and leaves out, a floating thermometer, water outlet spout with hose and pump for inflating the comfortable ring around the top of the tub. It's incredibly sturdy and very spacious inside. We are already enjoying the benefits of the tub and only wish I'd bought one sooner.

After weeks of a trapped nerve in my neck, countless Drs prescribed drugs, Hospital and Physio. I finally got some pain relief from using the Polar. I HATE the cold, so this was a big deal to try out. But by this point, being unable to use my arm due to the trapped nerve, for the best part of two weeks I was willing to try anything. Polar is super simple to build, takes about five minutes to stick the poles in and equal time to inflate. Also the bonus of a thermometer and ice pack was a welcomed suprise. After the initial shock of getting in, after about a minute I felt an odd sense of inner heat and had no pain in my arm. I’ll be using this daily now to treat my condition until it heals, and probably continue to do so as a daily method to keep at bay other aches and pains. Following the submersion, I felt quit elated and buzzing. Will thoroughly recommend to anyone struggling with muscular or trapped nerve discomfort if you’re willing to forego the initial cold shock. Delivery was swift! And I’m excited to continue using. Don’t let the bad reviews sway you. It’s made well and does the job!

UPDATE: seller got in touch with me after my review below and sent me a replacement tub. I have used it the same as the first one so for a week then packing away and using again 2 weeks later. This time I have had no issues or leaks. As I said initially it did seem very well made so looks like I just got a defected one. Very happy with the quality of the replacement and the level of customer service. INITIAL REVIEW: Lost all the water after first use but played with the floor valve and held the water for a week. Big enough a sturdy. Seemed a good quality. Packed it away whilst I was away for 2 weeks then when I tried to use it again it lost its water overnight. This time the water was coming out the legs so looks like holes in the seam. Shame as it seemed to be really well made

After seeing wim hof cold baths on instagram I’d taken an interest in the whole cold bath thing, but not a fan of ice cold water lol but my gf was like let’s try it and wanted to go halves on a tub, so saw this one on amazon and thought let’s give a go, we have a small roof top for it to go on so this was perfect and means we can pack it away and put it under the bed easily, was all pretty straight forward to inflate (you get a pump) and really light when not filled up, so I put it on the roof the other day filled it up with water and ice gave it a moment pushed in the sides a little to make sure it was sturdy and got in, it was very cold but when you relax and do the breathing techniques and kinda relax with it, it becomes a lot more of a pleasurable experience.. I had one in the morning yesterday and certainly sets you up for the day as it really wakes you up.. can’t wait to try it on a really hot day! I also think anything that helps maintain your health is worth the investment.. very happy with this tub!i

Happy to give 5 stars but theres a couple little things that could make this so much better. Firstly its nicely made and easy to put together, i think someone 6ft can easily fit into this tub, youd have to be cross legged but still comfortable. The tap on the side for letting water out is good but once the water goes down so far you have to use the little hole in the floor to get remaining water out but the water doesnt seep out if the floor its on doesnt have some drainage so you have to end up tipping it out, which is fine, but i just wish the floor of the tub was sterdy because the tub just crumbles like a melted rich tea biscuit and its a little bit of a pain. My other dislike is the lid, its held on by a little tie rope like the one that holds up your joggers, id much prefer some clips so that it doesnt blow off in the wind which mine has once or twice. My other dislike is how flimsy the lid is, so i have had to cover it with perspex because when it rains the rain causes the lid to dip, meaning i end up with a load of rain water in the tub and a load of bugs. I love the tub though for what i paid and what i get out of it but id have paid an extra 100 quid for a better floor and better lid.

I bought this Polar recovery tub for the first time 1 month ago, it was holed and all the water was leaking !! I bought another one last week thinking that I was not lucky with the first tub, well the second had water leakage as well !! Avoid this product !!!

I'm very happy with this tub and the customer service of the company. It arrived super fast and in great shape. I couldn't get the ring at the top to fully inflate so I emailed the company and got a reply right away. Great service! It looks great and seems quite sturdy. For the price, you can't really beat it!

There are cheaper tubs on Amazon that do the same exact thing. This tub does not add any extra benefit vs another “polar tub”. We paid just under $90 for this one, and I found another with similar reviews at $45 and they’re made of the same material with the same functions. One adult used this daily for 3 weeks before the blow up top ring burst. The top ring no longer holds air and the hole is too large to patch. The description stated it was suitable for outdoor use, and that’s where it has been, it received regular cleaning and maintenance. We took great care of it. We talked our neighbors into buying the same tub, and their ring burst after the first clean/refill. they kept their tub indoors. I’m not sure environment was a factor, but the tub is not worth the money with cheaper options out there. My kids have blow up pool toys that have weathered the elements longer and are more durable. You’ll have better luck spending either less money for similar quality. Or more money on something more durable. Editing to add: The company reached out very quickly after my original disappointed review, which was unexpected but welcomed. They emailed us offering a refund or a new tub! We chose the new tub as we enjoy the product and functionality. We’re hopeful it’ll hold up. Regardless of the outcome, with customer service like this, the price becomes well worth it!
