works great !!
It was easy to put together all bold and fitting went on tight, been using it for awhile now. i had to put a new carb on it, but they sent me another one for free and was easily put on. rememebr to prim 6 or 7 times and use a full tank of gas, the first time. i didnt realise the seal was on the inside of the cap, might have messed up the prime button. but a very good product. i had my other one for 6 years customer service said! i ended up using it so much in my garden that it burn the piston ring off....

Didn't work properly out of the box but Ardisam made it right.
It looked tiny when I first opened the box but it turned out the be the perfect size to get around in our flower beds and light enough to carry around. It ran much slower than expected but it got the job done. One time while tilling, it suddenly stopped and I couldn’t get it going again. Worked with tech support who ultimately had me take it to an authorized repair shop. Although it only had about 10 hours of run time, they cleaned the carburetor (apparently the spray carb cleaner I tried didn’t work) and it now runs at a MUCH faster RPM and sounds better. They thought it might have been sitting in a box for a long time before I bought it so things might have gotten gunked up.Although the place I took it to was an authorized repair shop, they didn’t work through the warranty process and charged me. I contacted Ardisam who was very helpful and is in the process of reimbursing me.The cultivator turned out to be a fantastic way to dig a small trench for low voltage wiring - I just took off 3 of the 4 tines.I’d like to suggest larger, clearer labeling of Choke/Run, On/Off which is tiny black lettering imprinted on the black plastic. Obviously it vibrates a lot so I lost a screw to the handle but I happened to have one that fit so I recommend using Loctite on handle screws. Overall I’m very pleased with our purchase.

Quit running
This was great at first. Started really easy and ran good. Had it for 2 years now. I want to preface this by saying I have quite a lot of gas engine power equipment so I know how to take care of them. I always use fuel stabilizer and don't have any problems until now. We've used this tiller/cultivator maybe half a dozen times. Went to start it up and fuel isn't going through the lines and will on prime. The gasket on the fuel tank that the lines run through has cracked and is leaking. Contacted the seller and they said they don't cover any fuel related problems but to send them the model and serial numbers and he would check. I did that and heard nothing back from them. Just wanted to let everyone know they will not stand behind the "5 year warranty" they tout. I did a three star review after about a month of using it. I gave it three stars because even when it runs it's kind of too light weight to dig into the soil unless the soil is already kind of loose. So now y'all have a two year longevity update. The update is that it has no longevity. Waste of money!

Mini Cultivator
Pros; Easy to assembly and starts easy. 4 cycle engine so no mixing oil with gas. Fairly light, making it easy to handle and maneuver.Cons; Cannot check oil in upright position, you must lean it forward on the gas tank. Not enough power to keep tines turning in heavy grass. Tines also clog up easy with grass aiding in the problem with the tines not turning. In a garden and between rows where only light weeds is what you are going to use this for may work fine. For my use around trees and shrubbery it is not doing the job for me. I will be returning it for a refund.***Update*** I used the online form to contact the company. They emailed me back and offered to repair it under warranty. Being concerned that if after repair it was not better that my window to return it to Amazon would be closed. I called Amazon CS and was offered a replacement and to pick up the original. I will see if the replacement works better and then update my review again. This mini cultivator has the potential to be a very useful garden tool. But if all it will do is turn loose dirt and quits turning the tines when it hits grass it is of no use to me.
