Incompatible with UK connectors
The connections are US hose pipe connectors which use NPT (National Pipe Tapered) threads, these are incompatible with 3/4 BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads. Item returned for a refund.

Works well. Needs a wifi hub to connection without Bluetooth. Also very "hard" stops and starts. Program on app confusing. Zone D doesn't correspond to outlet 4. Need to use program 4. Once worked out it works 100% though.

Decepção com o produto e com o valor a ser reembolsado.
Péssimo. Produto veio com defeito. Uma das 4 saídas não funciona. E pra completar, para devolver o produto, a Amazon só me reembolsa cerca de 50%. Decepção total.

Very bad..not recommended at all
After using the two devices flawlessly for about 3-4 months, they suddenly stopped connecting to my phone. I attempted to connect them to both Android and Apple devices, but Bluetooth wouldn't work and the devices will get jammed that i have to reset them everytime to go for manual option!!! The watering system didn't function for several days until I realized it wasn't a battery problem. I'm disappointed with the system's performance and would suggest opting for manual devices instead, as I've been using them for over 2 years without any sudden breakdowns. Am not a kind of person who reviews often but due to my bad experience am writing this review. The cost of both devices could’ve been utilized in a better way..so sad.

Good Quality with long range bluetooth connection
The product is well made. It can be setup fairly easily from the front controls & screen. Even better, download the free app and your phone will connect via Bluetooth. The BT range is excellent. I could program it, or turn on/off the water from most areas in my house. If you really want it all, buy the extra wifi hub, or the package with the wifi hub included. For about 50 to $70 more, wifi gives you access from anywhere in the world, and it also connects to the local weather and it will skip watering automatically when rain is expected. The challenge is that you must remove it before ANY freezing. My timers usually last 1-3 years, even though I remove them and store them in a warm basement. Orbit comes with 2 years warranty, so we will see.
