With supplements, it's always hard to know if it's working. I keep buying this brand, so it must be good. It's fairly easy to swallow, since the capsules aren't huge. No flavor, decent price.

I thought a magnesium supplement would be a simple addition to my life but apparently, it really overwhelmed my system and led to horrific painful cystic acne that i haven't had to live with for years. it's heart breaking really because this kills my confidence until it goes away but it's also a shame b/c i was looking fwd to doing more for my health but apparently, my system is just too sensitive to handle this much magnesium or any magnesium supplementation at all. i can't say much about the quality of the supplement itself, which is why i didn't want to give a totally unfair score. i thought it was priced very well but i have very sensitive skin and i think others should know that this could be a possibility in regards to side effects. so far, my review is the only one that mentions this so if you give it a shot but find that acne is starting to occur within the first week then stop taking it immediately, that's what i did. i took it for about a week and half, i thought the pimples were just a result of my cycle coming up but i was very wrong because then there was even more acne and it's been really unfortunate :(

This is a pretty good brand of magnesium however I found something more powerful and gave this to my daughter. She said it worked for her and was better than what she was using.
