First I have to say how well these burners simply fit in place. Nice and snug with minimal effort. I had to bore the hole on one of the burner stations toward the back just a hair where the burner sits in, simply because that particular burner was about half a millimeter too long, but I believe it's simply because I did not want to push them into the gas port too hard, which to be honest, would have worked just fine. Hence, I think they work perfect and fit perfect as well. They lit right up and evenly right away. I'm so glad I got these, because now I don't have to worry about them rusting up and creating hot spots when part of them fall apart from the rust destroying the rest of the heat plates and grates due to concentration of flame. No more deterioration from moisture in the environment, as our grill, although not directly under the rain, is outdoors in our porch and is susceptible to moisture damage in this scorching and muggy Florida climate in Orlando!!

Exact fit and replacement for my 10 year old cal flame bbq.

Nicely made and works well. Finally after many Amazon seller claiming that their burners would fit my model Jenn-Air ( and the pain of returning) this is the one that worked. Added benefit that it's Cast Stainless instead of Cast Iron that the other (cheaper) items were. Minor modification required for my grill: If you look closely at the old rusted burner versus the new, there is approximately 3/16" difference in the location of the extruded pin on the bottom rear of the burner. The original burners had the pin inset more and these have it closer the the edge. The good news is I filed out the mounting hole (see pic 3) only about 1/32" to make it fit. Pic # 2 shows an original burner on the left next to the new one. They light-up and heat-up great with no other modifications or adjustments. I hope they last as long as they claim. Don't waste you time on other burners if you have this model grill. Get a longer life from your grill and give the landfill a reprieve. The cost of a new grill far exceeds the cost of these burners!

Quality seems high, but for my old beefeater grill I had to drill the rail hole 2mm bigger.

They look great, perfect fit for Calflame Grill. Curious on longevity.

Items fit properly and functioned well.

The burners are functional but do not produce optimal heat since the flame is not adjustable.
