This product has been a game changer for me as it stops the bone hitting the sciatic nerve when I am at work! I have stopped using all pain killers since using it! I am a chef and work full time, the pain was so bad before using this that I had to sit every half hour to give me some relief and was on strong pain relief for a few months! Apparently though according to my physician and physiotherapist, you need to be careful not to use it all the time as it can cause your muscles to become affected and it would be detrimental in the long run, but as long as I only use it when at work, apparently it is fine! The other thing is, I suggest you wear it over a cotton t shirt as it does cause you to sweat more and not straight on your skin! Finally if working in the food industry, it must be worn under your uniform to comply with HACCP! This brace is very effective and well made and I highly recommend it

Ieri mi arrivata la fascia lombare MedBrace Blu, con un giorno di anticipo secondo le previsioni; molto bella. Sicuramente fará bene il suo lavoro, l'unica pecca, che forse dovuta a una mia disattenzione non della taglia giusta XL (fuori stock) ma é arrivata un XXL che risulta qualche cm piú larga. Non essendoci quella piú piccola blu, ma rosa, ho comunque annullato il reso e terrò questa cucendo una fascetta di velcro in piú. Resta comunque un ottimo prodotto ben fatto. Il neoprene è il tessuto usato per le mute sub e non puzza (poi dipende dalla sudoraziobe della persona) e comunque io la porto sopra una maglietta.

This is a well made brace. It arrived safely packaged. I bought the XL to give more wraparound room and because it goes up to a 47 inch waist it is exactly right - the one to fit my husband's waist measurement would not have given the right amount of room- his waist is 42 inches. It looks good - I bought the blue one. He says it is comfortable. It helps with his periodic back ache. It is important to get the right size to allow the wraparound fit. Happy to recommend this item.
