Do these come bent in half

The 17-18 inch pampas grass is not folded. The taller Pampas Grass is bent to fit the box.

How are these packed for shipping so not permanently bent?

They are curled in a larger size box and they completely bend into the vertical shape as you see in the picture of the pampas grass in the vase.

Is the “dark blue” really dark blue or is it more indigo/cobalt or other blue?
