Value for money
Iโve been using the Agaro coffee grinder for a few weeks now, and it has completely elevated my coffee experience. The build quality feels sturdy, and the design is compact enough to fit easily on my kitchen counter. Grinding is smooth and consistent, whether for espresso, French press, or pour-over, and it brings out a rich aroma every time. What I especially like is how easy it is to clean and operate, even for daily use. The noise level is much lower than I expected from a grinder at this price point, which makes mornings more pleasant. Overall, it delivers excellent value for money and makes freshly ground coffee a real treat at home. Highly recommended for coffee lovers who want quality without overspending!

Highly recommended for casual coffee enthusiasts
Maybe you saw a couple of videos of people buying whole roasted coffee beans and grinding them with one of these and since you're getting into the hobby of brewing your coffee in this way, you also saw that these manual hand grinders cost a pretty penny. So you scrolled and decided to find something cheaper and you landed on this product. If your goal is to occassionally grind beans and brew coffee and you're just trying out this lifestyle for the first time, this IS the manual grinder to buy. It doesn't cost a lot, it does it's job more or less and uses parts decent enough for the price it commands. Here are some pros and cons- โข Budget friendly (under Rs 1200) โข Build quality for the price is impressive โข Has basic settings for grind sizes that'll allow you to make a decent Espresso (at grind size 1) as well as a cold brew (grind size 6) and everything in between. โข As long as it's clean and well maintained, grind size and quality will be consistent for the most part Cons- โข Contains a ceramic burr that needs some manual effort and strain to grind a full batch (expensive grinders have surgical quality stainless steel burr that does a better job within 30 sec) โข the collector glass can get loose and fall off depending on how you hold the grinder so be careful โข People say lack of finer settings for grind size will make all the difference the way the coffee tastes and feels but I'm too novice to comment and for a casual drinker, you shouldn't bother either. Pro tip: Just spray a small mist of water on your beans before grinding them so you'll avoid static electricity build up and the coffee powder doesn't stick inside and the yield quality and quantity is better. For cleaning, take a pair of pliers and unscrew the nut on which the lever sits, remove the burr and immerse it in baking soda immersed hot water. And then use a brush to gently clean the burr and the inner cavity to remove as much as residual powder as possible. This maintenance once a month depending on your usage is necessary to maintain quality of the grind. Most people starting their coffee brewing journey will be happy with what this product has to offer and when you don't want to do this anymore, you'll rest easy because you didn't pay a huge amount.

Good product
It is good product the grind setting is good. But the Adjustment setting placement is in the holding area of the grinder while grinding. The setting might have been at the bottom of the blade.

A decent thing for the price
I use it for moka pot ,so i use no.2 setting and for that the grinds are pretty uniform and the brew came out great and balanced. Cant say about french press or pour over etc.as i dont brew using those methods.however, those require a coarse grind so i dont know how well it would performs for that in terms of evenness of the grind. But for something like moka pot where you have to grind it pretty fine I'd say it does the job pretty well. I used medium-dark roast and was able to put 15 grams.and it took me around 2-3 minutes to grind at level 2. Felt quit sturdy, did not slip while grinding.i thought i would accidentally change the grind size dial but it did not move. Quite comfortable to hold it,thought it would be heavy due to its metal and glass build but was not, quite lightweight. And came with a 2 in 1 scoop and brush of decent quality.

Grind effort is high and quality is okay
Easy pass. You have to grind a lot for a spoonful of coffee. Ideal to spend a little more and something else

Does the job, but takes more effort than a good grinder
This is decent product for the price. It does the job and it does it fairly well. But it is really hard and requires quite some effort to operate.

Excellent Quality
I have used many hand grinders for coffee grinding, most have a plastic casing that breaks over time. This one is all metal and the powder collector is a glass container, which is good. Pros: 1. The handle is made of metal so it wont deform or break with usage. 2. The casing is strong and fits tightly on the bottom glass container ( to collect the coffee ). 3. It can accommodate about 6-8 teaspoons of coffee ground. Enough for two cups. 4. It has 6 settings for grind size. 5. Easy and soft to turn the handle even with full load of beans. Cons: None of these are big enough for me to not like the product, but some users may want to know anyway. 1. Due to smaller dia of the grinder ( burr ) you need more revolutions of the handle to grind 'X' amount of beans. It is not a problem, just good exercise. 2. Its easier to hand hold the grinder while grinding rather than keep it on the table top ( it slides due to the glass bottom ). 3. The grind size setting ring is a little bit too easy to turn so it may change settings sometimes when you are holding the grinder and grinding. Once you know this, it is not a problem. Overall, it is a fantastic product with great grinding capability.
