Does anyone have a problem with this becoming hard? It’s so hard I can’t get it out of the jar.

It's possible that over time the oils may have settled as well as compacted with the other ingredients at the bottom of your jar. If this has occurred you may remedy this issue by squeezing the outer walls of the jar, with lid firmly secure shake contents, and then leave jar upside down overnight or until next use.
