Heads up: I bought this because someone in the reviews said it would fit my "vintage" DCL-7 Super Pro, but the bowl is much too small to fit - not even close. The bowl looks like it would work well for the right size base, so I think 5 stars would be appropriate if matched to the right base, but it did not work for mine. I am glad that returns are accepted without a hassle.

The bowl fits on stiffly. The lid doesn’t close on it. The motor will not run with this bowl on the Cuisinart.

Fit my quisenart perfect. So glad to have this replacement for my oldie but goodie food processor. Works just as the original did. Great buy, great value! Stopped me from having to buy a whole new food processor. Definitely recommend

The product was well made and good quality but it did not fit on the base of my 24 year old DLC-8S. There is a subtle modification on the bottom. It also does not fit the cover with large feed tube that fits my current bowl.

I did not see a very important notice on the page for this item but did see it when I was looking at the item again. The bowl will fit the cuisinart processor but it won't work with older versions of the lid because there were changes in the parts by Cuisinart. It will only work with newer model lids.

Ordered to replace work bowl of food processor shown in these photos. Bottom of old bowl had splintered and would not lock down. Received much quicker than expected delivery. New work bowl fit base perfectly and locked down tight. Lid also fits this bowl perfectly. Plugged in to test blade clearance and there was no problem there. Works just like the old bowl. Expensive for a plastic bowl, but much cheaper than a new processor, for which price has increased about 40% over what I paid for mine years ago. I’d say buy with confidence for the model processor shown in my pics.

Just remember buy together with the top part is perfect replacement

I have DLC-8S and according to description it is comparable with it. NO! It doesn't!This one slightly bigger and will not work at all.Will try to return it.
